R200 non-refundable deposit is required when booking an appointment, the remaining balance will be paid upon arrival.

Please arrive on time. You will be charged R100 extra for every 15 mins you are late.

Please note the time slot given is a time estimation, there might be a +- 30 minutes waiting time.

You are only allowed to bring one guest, unless you're all getting a service.

Please come with your hair freshly washed, we no longer offer hair wash and do not apply any hair products (hair food, hairspray or gel)

You are only allowed to change the hairstyle and color 12 hours before your appointment.

Braiding extra short hair on first timers will be charged extra R100.

If you are booking for medium or large braids, please firstly send us a picture of your hair before proceeding with the booking.
